Kairos Leadership Readiness Index

Kairos Council is highly focused on creating genuine transformation for those it serves. We approach every engagement with consciousness and intentionality, ensuring that whoever is ready to work with us, we are equally ready to serve them well.

To honour that commitment we have developed a short reflective exercise we call the Kairos Leadership Readiness Index. This is not a test. It is a reflection, designed to help both Kairos Council and those we aim to serve understand whether the alignment, the readiness, and the conviction are genuinely present on both sides before any work begins.

Kairos is a choice, for those who refuse to arrive empty.
